The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any specific wager. All decisions to act on signals are made entirely at your own risk.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of SixAlgo require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. SixAlgo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Refunds are issued at SixAlgo's sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or sublicense SixAlgo signals or content without written permission; (b) use the Service in any jurisdiction where sports betting is prohibited; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, signals, branding, and materials on SixAlgo are the exclusive intellectual property of SixAlgo. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SixAlgo, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to gambling losses, financial losses, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SixAlgo and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

SixAlgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
